ANALYSIS OF SHARIA ECONOMIC LAW ON THE PRACTICE OF BUYING AND SELLING GOATS (STUDY IN RAMBAN KULON VILLAGE)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sharia economic law on the practice of buying and selling goats, that buying and selling goats often occurs in the community via online, especially in the village of Ramban Kulon so that they are more careful and specific in choosing the livestock to be purchased. This study uses descriptive case study analysis with data collection from interviews, observations and documentation. This study uses a qualitative data analysis research method. The results show that buying and selling goats currently does not only occur in the market but with the changing times and advances in technology, buying and selling goats is also done online. Buying and selling goats aims to meet their needs, such as slametan, aqiqoh, qurban and also for re-breeding. There is also buying and selling of goats in a sick, pregnant and disabled state. In determining the price and how to buy and sell it has certain methods.
